Learning support is provided to students who require additional support with their academic studies. The needs of each student are identified, to plan appropriate learning support. Students can avail of this on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Learning support can include the following: assignment planning and writing, report/project planning and writing, comprehension of assignment briefs, exam preparation, study skills, memory techniques, organisation and time management skills, research and referencing techniques. Dyslexia support, including assistive technology is also provided. Learning support is guided by the student’s requirements, to help them meet the academic standards of their course.
